Stock wastegate and actuator

After searching I can't find the stock wastegate and actuator. The turbo that i have didn't come with one. It's the stock S4 HT18 turbo.

Are you looking for a picture of one? Or are you trying to buy one? If the latter, you need to make a thread in the classifieds.

S4 and S5 are different as well.

Have you tried looking inside the turbo?
Where the wastegate is actually located on these turbos...

An actuator may be missing, but the wastegate is always there

Yes it looks like that except the actual wastegate and actuator are missing.

I could see how the actuator would possibly be missing. But the wastegate is missing? Perhaps someone put a different turbine housng on...?

Internal wastegates don't just go missing. 10 bucks says you have an aftermarket turbo that is meant to be used with an external wastegate.

The turbo was free. It was given to me when i bought both turbo manifolds from a local forum member. I found a adjustable wastegate on himni-racing I just gotta fab my own bracket.
