will it work on 13b-re swap and if not what modification is to be done i know most go with bigger turbo but iam kinda on a budget so i was going to use the stock t2 turbo if i can?

Yes it will work, you will need to fab new oil feed and drain lines, as well as lines for coolant, and you will need to block off the rear drain. You can use the same rear oil drain block plate for a FD, with a little modifiation.
