DEI exhaust wrap?

I know you could wrap it easily enough but Im sure there is an actual blanket out there that will cover the stock turbo...they mostly all fit relatively loose on the turbo anyways, so steel zip ties or wire tieing are necessary

I'm going to go to the local machine shop, they work on heavy equipment. I'm sure they have some kind of blanket for turbos.

I was referring to the turbo blanket. you posted a link to a heat shield so I'm not sure what you're asking me. If you're asking if a turbo blanket will fit it depends on the size and thickness. for the one i had it fit but I had to take off the water line and it squished the blanket when reinstalled.
