Stock Thermostat

At what temp. does the stock thermostat open on a '91 TII?

The thermostat starts to open between 177-182 degrees F.
It will be fully open by 203 F.

When I look at thermostats at say advance auto.....is the temp listed when it fully opens or starts to open?

The only thermostat to use is the OEM Mazda available at your dealer and various online sources.

Most thermostats start to open at the listed temperature.

Yeah, I didn't do that. Think I have one from Advance Auto. I will be changing it out.
