stock theft alarm

just a question my stock theft system works only half of the time it seems i have to turn the key in the dorr a special way for it to work not too sure has anybody else run into this? any advice would be appreciated thx

On a pleasant note that I learned today, using an object to unlock the door via the rod (outside the window) sets off the alarm quite nicely.

Yeh, I've run into the same kind of problem, where it doesnt work too reliably, sometimes going off randomly! I'm trying to replace it, and I read some bad info and cut the wrong wires . . . I'll post when I find out what wire you're supposed to cut/ground to fix this.

Mine must have a thermosensor option.
It works pretty good only above 75 F.
