Question Stock struts+lowering springs=?

Hey all, I just got a 1990 GXL with AAS and I was curious if I could use RB or Eibach springs with the stock struts if I kept them on the sport setting? The car's only got 72K on it so the struts aren't really worn at all.

No sweat. For daily driving you're good to go.

If you're into autocross or drifting, then shocks will make a difference.

You might want to look at the rubber bushings.

Sounds fine to me. You dont even have to 'keep it at the sport setting' really

I forgot to mention that this would just be a temporary thing untill I can afford some AGXs.

Well the springs will wear you shocks much faster. To save you the effort, you might want to just wait until you get the shocks so you don't have to do everything twice.
