Stock seats on bride rails? Bolt up?

Just wondering if I can bolt stock seats to the aftermarket Bride rails. I heard the rails sit even lower than the stock rails. Need something in the mean time to help me sit lower before I splurge on seats. Because being too tall with a non-adjustable steering column is killing my knees.

Thanks,

Ark

Bride rails DO sit higher..I know,as I tried to install some seats in and had to get the Rails, and Brackets Redone.the Bottom Bracket on the Driver's side sits about an inch and a Half Higher..you have to Remove a Piece of the Bracket and Reweld it on to make it sit lower..Simple job,Cost me TEN bucks( I knew the guy) at a Welding shop. But they Will not Fit the Stock seats without Drilling holes into the rail. The rail obviously is in the stock position,So you have to Make holes for the stock seat to Bolt into/On to.

Yeah I was thinking that too, I have an aftermarket hub but have yet to get an aftermarket wheel , I was thinking maybe the rails would be a smarter idea if in fact I could sit just a bit lower.

Which hub/wheel combo did you end up going with and how far back did it bring the wheel.

I'm 6'3 180, length in the legs. I sat fine in my vert but the steering wheel in that was adjustable. Biggest issue is when I'm crusing and off the clutch in order for me to move my foot back I have to tilt it and then bring it under the wheel.

I guess I'll just splurge on the steering wheel, and see how that works out.
