For what it's worth... a stock TII rim (16x7) runs a +40. Which is EXACTLY what I run on my car, and it fits perfectly on 225/50/16 tires. I am 4 lug, as well.

would any of the following work?

+45 offset with a 17"x7.5
or
+42 offset with a 16"x7
OR
+32 offset with 16"x7 front and 16"x8 rear

I do believe this is covered in the FAQ and may even have it's own "will it fit" thread in the suspension section.
