front or rear?

the rear are kinda easy, but I bought a press for the job. If you get a friend to help, you can use a big maul and some impact sockets to remove a large portion of them. this work on the rear control arm and also in the front... for the super big one on the front I just had my dad use a sawzall to cut the rubber and the metal in the center of the 2 rubber portions. then pry it up with a screw driver.
