I've got a set of 4 msd blaster ss coils and I also have stock coils and I've come to a dilemma of choosing which to use , or to get something completely different if neither is a good choice .

The blaster coils would be run on an fd igniter oj direct fire for each individual coil or I can use the stock coils with waste spark setup...I don't know much about these msd coils as they came with the car I bought so I'm not sure how well they would work on my setup.

My setup will be run on a microtech lt10s , stock port s4 t2 keg , hybrid s5 turbo (stage 2 bnr equivalent) , 725/1000cc, walbro 255, fd uim/s5 lim, Aem fpr , 3" exhaust, big greddy fmic , etc.

Edit - someone has suggested aem smart coils , anyone using these on an fc?

I personally have used both and it really doesn't matter. The stock coils work fine. The only way to get benefit with the MSD coils is to use 3 6A boxes for a Leading direct fire and trailing split. The setup you put down is perfectly fine for stock coils. CLudwig would be the guy to ask about AEM smart coils, as he sells them on his website lms-efi

I'm not trying to plug him as advertisement, I just know that he has a ton of experience since he frequents the engine management boards here.
