Stock BOV + check Valve = Fluttering under high boost...

hey guys i did the check valve mod to my Bov and everything was fine untill recently, under high boost (well high for my car), .45 bar the bov makes a fluttering sound, i'm not sure if its the check valve bouncing up and down or if its something far more serious.... my turbo. under any other boost, the bov hisses and there is no fluttering. the check valve was mounted pretty high at first since i didn't want stalling, but now its probably at a 20 degree angle. what do you guys think. i'll psot pics later.

From a basic troubleshooting stand point, i would remove the check vavle and see if it still happens.

The check valve is limiting the amount of air that the stock bypass valve can shoot out, which is why you are getting the fluttering.

.45 bar?? thats high? I thought .5 bar was stock? My ebc wont let me go any lower than .5 bar =/ which is 7.25 psi. If I could run lower psi than that I would because my turbo spools up even when I ***** foot it around town.

i have no boost controller, and i can't boost past .45 bar. i don't know if thats normal or not, but yeah... i still get the fluttering. i hopes its just the check valve boucing around in there... and not something else... like the turbine blades spinning the wrong way.

my stock TII would only hit about .4 bar when it was completely stock. Now with downpipe, midpipe, and racepipe and stock catback... i can hit .51 bar. so, .45 bar is normal. stock zenki FC is only rated to run at around 5.5 psi anyway.
