Still Overheating
Hmm ive replaced all the hoses thermostat Radiator water pump is new (no leaking) complete flush heater core is good and not plugged cause it cools it down when on sucks coolant from overflow bottle. what the hell is making it over heat!! Its a 87 N/A 5speed
Next time bump up your old thread so we all know the original information. :-)
What you have not stated is-
Does it just overheat at idle or very low speeds (under 35MPh) or all the time or on the freeway?
Did you use a factory Mazda Thermostat?
You apparently had the radiator repaired in the other thread. Now you are saying you replaced it?
Is the fan clutch operating? Do you have the optional electric fan also?If you have the electric fan option, is it coming on?
To test the fan clutch you bring the engine up to operating temperature. Shut the engine off, then spin the fan by hand, drag should be felt, if it turns very freely then the clutch is bad.
But all depends on when the engine is overheating(if it actually is) Idle or freeway?
How do you know it's actually overheating? The gauge could be inaccurate due to a faulty sending unit also.
All of the above things need answers and confirmation.

Have you done a pressure test on the coolant system? Or used a block sniffer to check for combustion fumes in the coolant system?
Not saying that replacing all the other stuff wasn't useful, but I'm hoping you ran some tests before tossing parts into it...
Edit: like said above as well, do you have access to an IR temp gun? Really helps to figure out if it's actually overheating. Gauges can be misleading.

sorry i was in a hurry to post and didnt have time to post in the old thread. i found that the Fan is Indeed bad! my friend without me knowing Grabed and stopped the fan from moving while it was running! should have smacked the crap out of his hand but nope he grabbed and stopped it dead! bad fan! and my luck Autozone dont carry it and Napa/checker want 150-200!

There was a large Crack in the top tank of the Radiator. the place i was going to get the old one fixed dont Carry the tanks for it had to get a New one.
and it over heats all the time. idle freeway and city driving. its the original gauge im going by. im going to get the necessary adapters to hook my aftermarket one up tmr after i get a temp fan from the junk yard. i may get a electric fan to put on the back side as well. in Az summer heat its not good for it to be hot i need it fixed Asap

Best thing you can do at this time is install the aftermarket gauge and verify the "Actual" temperature.
As far as the fan clutch goes post a WTB thread in the classifieds. Someone is also parting out a car!

Ok ive fixed the over heating. it was INDEED the Fan causing the issue!! went and got one from the junkyard and it works perfectly. i even hooked up the temp gauge and she NEVER goes above 190

Uh maybe your saying that from the experience of having your Fingers ripped off??? takes one to know one man!. he only did it because he seen the fan was not moving very fast like it should. Maybe YOU should use your ********* next time.
