so now i have unflooded the motor and injected atf into the motor to make a better seal! i know i have fuel and i know i have spark! but for some reason even with the atf in the motor i am unable to get a better seal! i took off the all for spark plugs and cranked the motor without the egi comp fuse for 20sec. but still nothing!

 

A push start (with another vehicle) always works.

This is assuming that you have spark and fuel, of course. How did you test for both?

 

Check your compression, and for the love of Felix Wankel don't ever use ATF in the chambers again. It can eat some of your internal oil seals, it's possible it's too late for your motor. But like I said, check your compression, and search 'flooding' or 'unflooding'. This comes up a lot and there is a lot of info already here on it.
