Still no start in my S5 TII

As some of you may know, my engine doesnt want to start up. I get fuel and it even returns, and I can hear the injectors squirting that fuel. I got spark and I tested on all spark wires. Spark plugs are new. I tried the ATF method thinking it was flooded. I tried doing the CAS thing a lot and it still wont start. Could it be the ecu? What are some vacuum leaks that can cause the engine not to start. What electronics can stop it from running like the MAF Sensor? This engine has started before back then when I had the no power to the fuel pump problem and I ran it off the battery to see if engine is good. well, I decided to run it off the battery with a switch for now, but now it wont start anymore. After I did the ATF trick and it didn't work. I did a compression test and I got 135-137psi on both rotors. So compression is good. Please help me guys, and anything will help. If anyone can come to Fresno, CA, and help me out, I will be more than happy to pay for your gas. and maybe a little extra. I just need this 7 running. Help me out plz.

are you sure about those compression numbers??? They are very high for a used/ non brand new motor.

If they are that high you would need a battery in very very good condition just to get the car started.

Jam your AFM open, if you have a vac leak that should let you get it started.

I don't know why I got those numbers. I did 3 compression tests before and I got 99-100 on cold on good battery. Now I got 135 yesterday, but I did put atf in it(dont know if that matters).

Yes it makes a big difference. did you check any of the codes? maybe a major sensor is not plugged in.
