alright i ran a jumper wire from the GR wire to the GW wire and the horn did not honk. then i ran a wire from the GO wire to a ground on the car and it did not honk. Although i do know that the horn work because i ran a wire from the positive on the battery to both horns and they both worked like that...

Does anyone have any further sugestions...???
