Still boosts to about 5 psi then slowly goes down after exhaust work

Clipped turbine wheels.. I don't know how they do that.. you know? I mean that sucker has to be BALANCED hardcore.. you'd think that'd screw something up.

a Turbo Shop does the clipping and then balances it..Not the car owner...
