yea, its more like a driver skill test on an obstacle course than racing. in my area, the courses very, very rarely let me hit 3rd gear.

what about running a fairly large streetport with a 89 TII? Can you run with the stock ECU? I have a bigger turbo sitting next to the car, but I am waiting to rebuild and port the engine before I go crazy with the bigger turbo. When I have the engine rebuilt, I am having it ported at the same time, so is it ok to run on stock ECU with stock injectors for a couple of months?(the car is NOT a daily driver)
