My steering wheel is staring to shake at speeds over 45mph. I checked the tires and the lugs are nice and tight. However I can somewhat move the passenger side wheel by hand when the car isn't jacked up. If you push and pull it, you can sort of hear a clicking sound. All the other tires make no movement at all. Does this mean the tie rod, or some ohter suspension component needs replaced?
