starting troubles

when you try to start my 1987 rx7 it keeps trying to turn, has the juice, but doesnt seem to fire would this be a bad fuel pump or other?

Pull the plugs...Do they smell like fuel? Then your most likely flooded.

Search for the term "unflooding" you will find that almost everyone here has had this happen at one time or another.
