starting trouble

Does anyone know why my car is takin so long to start? Here are some things that might clarify the situation

1) Not low compression. Runs fine and can still squeel tires. Engine is NOT worn out

2) Not flooding. No excess amount of smoke when the car starts

3) Just recently adjusted TPS

4) Just cleaned BAC

any ideas would be muchly appreciated

cold weather = cold battery = longer time to start engine.
