Starting problems

I have problems starting sometimes, i live in eastern pa and sometimes have issues starting when its cold and after i drive it for a bit, any ideas what to look at?

sounds like flooding, but tell us more about the car. what series, what motor, have you pulled a bunch of the "emissions" stuff off?

Its an 88 all stock (non turbo) with nothing removed, 5speed thats about it. I dont know much about these engines so any help would be appreciated, Also please speak in a way in which i would understand, some of the terms used in the archives i have a hard time understanding.

Its a fuel problem, probably flooding its very common with rotaries. Flooding is when theres too much fuel in its liquid state in the combustion chambers.
