Starting issues with 89 TII

Car 1989 Turbo II

Mods: 3 inch turbo back no cat and a turbo XS BOV (other then that stock engine)

Symptoms: Car will not start when engine is cold to get it to start I just put a little fuel down into the throttle body and it will start right up. If the engine is already warm it will start right up without any issues runs perfect once started. the car will not start with the Key. We have rigged a Starter switch. So we just turn the key to Accessiorie and hit the button starts right up if engine is already warm or fuel was put into the Throttle body.

Im wondering if possibly the stock alarm is messing up the ignition somewhere? Possibly the Starter button is rigged to aviod that? Im pretty stumped and would like my car to start when the engine is cold.

Car runs perfect once its started up. Any suggestions would be grealty apperciated. I searched but there wasnt really anything covering this topic. Im located in Phoenix AZ.
Thanks!
