when i start my 7 it ocasionlay hesatates before starting

dont really know how to describe it its like turning the key with out pushing in the clutch and having nothing happen but then it starts

 

Battery, wires, grounds, starter, coils or plugs. Thats where I'd start.

 

it seams to only happen when i'm on a slope dosent have to be that big of a slope eather

 

Hhhhhmmmm......Full tank of gas? Might be the fuel pump, filter. Not sure why a slope would make a difference.

 

sounds to me like a fuel system problem

 

Is you're afm in the stock position? I had some similar problems with my 86. I had a cone style filter on it and because the afm was on an angle the car didn't want to start on hills. I was told it's because of the spring inside. Maybe, maybe not. Something to check anyway.
