starters?
ok before i go out and buy a starter i wanna know is it my starter or something else...when its parked outside its been cold lately in SOcal the car startsup 1 time...when i go start it in my in door garage in the morning the car just clicks couple of time it'll start or sometime i have to turn and hold the key for about 15-20sec and it;'ll start..BTW i bought a new battery when i purchase the car like 2 weeks ago.. compression is 117 all4 car has 181000+miles

Could be several things so I wouldn't just buy a starter and hope that fixes the problem. Possibilities are a weak battery (new or otherwise) possibly resulting from failing alternator, starter solenoid or starter, faulty ignition switch, loose or corroded battery cable(s) (don't forget, corrosion can be internal to the insulation and, therefore, not visible), and no doubt other things I haven't thought of.
Troubleshoot the problem systematically and find the problem before spending money on unnecessary parts. The factory service manual will help. See the FAQ for links to the manual on line.
