Starter install question

I hate asking stupid questions but since my car hasn't been on the road in a couple years now I have no shame. The wiring was never labled when removed a couple years ago. I've looked at the FSM and my haynes manual and of course searched around here. They all just say hook up the wiring nothing specific

Well there's three wires one of which has a plastic clip on it. I think I can figure out where that goes. But then there are two other wires. One that has a black cable yellow line running down it and the other has the rubber cover which seems to be in line with the thin wire with the plastic clip. I'm thinking the rubber covered one goes to the lower position nut/bolt on the starter. Is the other wire just a ground and where does it go if so?

I'm guessing both these go to the starter but I'm having trouble figuring out which one goes where and it was a damn struggle to get the wiring even to connect to the starter. Seems as though I lost some slack or something cuz I can barely get them to the points they need to go. it might be more clear where they went if I wasn't wrestling with them to get them to even meet the starter. If any of the illustrations were clearer I might have been able to figure it out from one but they're all crap...I need a good clear pic ha. Anyway, thanks in advance from the retard here.

oh ok...don't have the air pump anymore so no wonder I couldn't figure out where it went. More spare parts...wonder why it got tossed in to get powdercoated though if I wasn't using it. Weird...Thanks!

the small wire with the plastic clip goes on the tab on the starter solenoid, the thick wire with the rubber cap that runs next to the small wire is the +V for the starter and goes on one of the lugs on the starter coming off the back of the solenoid, and the black/yellow wire goes around the upper starter mounting bolt (the long one that goes thru the starter, tranny, and rear iron and is held on with a nut on the front) between the nut and the rear iron. This is the main ground from the battery to the block.
