There is absolutely nothing wrong with OEM starters and alts- why are you going with Bosch?
Fuel filter is self-explanatory (or should be)...Water pump will require some tools...What else do you need to know? Download the FSM at TEAMFC3S.ORG...

Starter's a bit of a pain to get at. Put the front end of the car up on jackstands to make your life a LOT easier (if you have enough, raise the rear too).
Alternator is trivial to get off. Disconnect negative battery terminal (trust me on this), remove positive connection from top of alternator, remove plug from back of alternator, unscrew, remove.

Yea both are straight forward, unbolt where it looks like it will need to be unbolted swing up/down and disconnect the wiring. But as Syonyk said remove the negitive cable from the battery BEFORE messing with anything electrical. Unless you think fireworks are electrifying.
