Start up problem

Yo, after starting my car up lately the itle likes to "bounce" from 750-1500 rpm like im tapping the gas. It quits after i put it in gear or tap the gas, any idears?

I would check the TPS or maybe the cold start system. Is it only when the car has sat a while(like over night) or is every time you start it?
