every time i search for my problem, i get vacuum leak as the problem, but i highly doubt it's a vacuum leak because whenever i start the car, it goes up to about 1k then dies, if i try to hold down the gas, it doesn't do anything, doesn't even rev, then die, any suggestions?

also, my car has been sitting for a few weeks, and it took a while to get it to start up, but when it did, a whole crapload of white smoke came out, but it hasn't smoked since

 

when was the last time your fuel filter and air filter changed? if its been over 30000 mile for your fuel filter i would suggest changing it
