So i finally started tearing down my S5 T2. I cracked a rear seal. still ran had good power just a crappy idle. started disconnecting things only thing i have left is the oil cooler line, engine and trans mounts. my goal is 500 gonna take it slow. so far im going to use atkins rebuild kit c with cryo treated parts competition main bearing and rotor bearings. no apex seals from them. going to go with goopy seals. dowel the motor. bridgeport gonna convert to E85 use a haltech ecu most likely. still undecided on a turbo(please chime in if you have a suggestion). Most likely going to send the block to lucky 7 since i dont have any mesuring tools or dials to check tollerances on the rotors housings or anything. heres a shot of the engine bay as it sits right now. Have some other things planned but ill stick with the motor for now.

 

oh ya and going to replace every hose o ring and gasket while im at it.
