Hold on, does the pedal stay on the floor? First check your hydrolics (master and slave). It could possibly be the TO bearing or pilot. In that case the trans has to come out.

the pedal doesnt come all the way out only about half way and when it does get stuck the clutch is not going its like the pedal it self might be stuck. all it takes is me putting my fut under it and pulling up and it comes right out. i checked the fluid level in the master and its full.

bleed the system to make sure there's no air trapped in the lines.

I just had the same thing happen..but mine was a bit more dramatic. I parked at a store and pushed the clutch in and in engaged and then let off but the pedalstuck to the floor, so I lifted it with my foot and felt a little resistence about halfway up and then popped out as normal. After about an hour the clutch wasn't engaging. My fluid level was fine.
Turns out I had a leak on the hose leaving the master. You may just have a slower leak. I would check that before taking to the repair shop, who would definatley rather change the master or slave instead of a hose, might save you a lot of money.
