stalling

sometimes when i start my car cold, the idle goes up to like 1k then goes right down to 750, but it only stays there for a minute before it just stalls. if i blip the gas when it starts up though it fixes the problem. anything to worry about?

There is a cold idle adjusting screw on the back side of the TB.
It rides on the cam that is pushed off as the thermo-wax heats up.
