stalling

my 87 TII has been stalling at stops recently with RPMs diving below 500 sometimes and not recovering to idle RPMs.. is there a adjustment for this ??

Is the car stock, i.e. all emissions equipment in place, BAC, etc?

Check for (in this order):
-vacuum leak
-BAC valve functional and operating properly
-Dashpot working and properly adjusted
-Secondary vacuum throttle plates working
