Hi, I was looking at an FC that I am going to buy. Everything checks out great.

Only one thing. The interior carpet around the transmission has slight brown leaky type stains. Anything I should be worried about? Not exactly sure what caused this. Thanks for the help in advance.

 

Pull up on the carpet. Sounds like the metal under it is rusting and stained the carpet.

 

Hmm...thanks for the info. Any other ideas? I find that even my parts car FC has no stains on the carpeting and its been outside for over a year, even in the rain. The one I'm buying seems to appear mint condition, always garaged, other than the stain.

I'll try to get pics up later. I'm definitely buying the FC though. Thanks again.
