stabbing the cas at 5*??

stabbing the cas at 5*??
is the cas suppoed to stabbed at tdc or 5* atdc and if so what does it look like with the cover removed. im trying to get the cas lined up and the timing marks are in the right spot but, do i put it in at 5 or tdc.
