mines is as follows from the stock t2 location, i in the other hand am running ss line all the way back and forward.
-6an FEED line to YBLOCK - splits to two -6an FEED lines, one to the primary and one to the secondary fuel rails. Out the rails both of them then go to my FPR from my FPR the return line exits back to the tank.
AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR RETURNS GOING TO THE FPR you are gold
Damn Frank we have some more competition man evrybody want to reach the 400 hp mile high club

There's a pretty extensive topic on braided stainless fuel systems using AN fittings already. Here's the link. It was the first hit in a search for "stainless fuel system":

i know you cant use the deffusers in the secondaries but i noticed that the primaries have two peice deffusers and i removed the toppart but i think you can install the metal bushings from kg parts in the primaries with the lower defusser still in place..can anyone confirm this?

yeah i put them in...im saying that the rail dosent tighten down enough to clamp the injectors into the manifold..i can take my fingers and slide them up and down like 3/4 of an inch and it will lift the spacers out of the manifold...that dosent seem right to me

tried to take pics but you couldnt see anything in them...i pressure tested the system today and i had a few leeks...one was on the 1/8 npt fitting on the FPR and the others were at the secondary injectors...if i push them up into the rail they dont leek but if i push them into the manifold they start leeking...this system is pissing me off i ******* hate messing with these AN fittings

I just tracked down a leak on my primaries :/ . On my secondaries I had to use 2 O rings so it wouldnt leak. I need to go tomorrow to buy some O rings for the primaries. Are you using the 1680s that KG sells?? on the fitting on the FPR.. did you use lots of thread sealant??

i have the ford injectors that came with the extreme fuel system from rx7store.net i think they are 1600cc but they may be 1680s i dunno..what do you mean u needed to put 2 O-rings on? the top or bottom of the injector?...and no i didnt use thread sealent but im gonna try that now

I needed two O rings on the top of the injector, going into the fuel rail. And yea, you need thread sealant on all fittings or it will defintly leak. Dont use teflon tape though because the Fuel will break it down over time. I used some Permatex high temp thread sealant. It says it works with fuel. Its in a little tube.

Yea theres only one grove. I just used the O rings that came with the injectors, Then went and got some new ones that had just slightly a bigger OD and just double stacked them in the 1 grove. It sealed up perfect. I wish I could take a pic but I just finished putting the UIM back on.. :/
