Not too many people run them, do to their cost($4000 +). The good thing about Ray's kit is that it basically comes with all the lines etc that you need, which do add up.
Ray's KKK turbo's are actually Holset housing with KKK compressor wheels. Its hard to get any spec's out of Ray. They are 'top secret' So I can't tell you A/R and trim etc...but even my Stage 1 is huge.
Basically, the only thing I don't really like about the turbo is that its oil cooled only. Can't say how long it will last, mine only has 5k on it. ErnieT on the Single Forum runs the stage 2. He had his rebuilt for a lot of $$$
The turbo spools very fast, almost like a hybrid. It makes good top end to. I made 308 hp/265 ft lb on a Mustang Dyno @12 psi with a VERY conservative map.
I like it.
As far as dealing with SR. Some people love them, others hate them...I guess you'll have to the the judge.
