ST or Eibach, Eibachs are progressive.
16x7 is the best size

What are your plans for the car? Better street car, autocross, track events, etc........

Street - non adjustable Tokicos with some racing beat springs. You can also autocross on these but they put you in CSP.

Autocross - depends on how serious you might be. Stick with the street setup or get the Ground Control setup and some adjustable struts. Spring rates will vary according to your need and tolerance especially if your car is a daily drive/autocross car.

Anyway you get the idea. Let us know what you are planning for the car.

You need to elaborate a little more on the word "race".
Drag race?
Autocross?
Wheel to wheel?
Dirt road rally?
Pizza delivery?

Not to rain on your parade but anything other than autocross and drag racing will require a dedicated racecar(atleast in most cases). Sure you can race wheel to wheel but the car will be an uncomfortable street car and a uncompetitive racecar. If your new to racing then autocross is the best way to go. Start in a stock class and get all the seat time you can. All those mods you may want to do are useless unless you can use your car to its fullest. The only way to become a better driver is seat time, seat time, seat time, etc...... Are we on the right track or do you have something else in mind?
