springs upside down on s4?
the last owner of one my s4's had put eibach springs on it, and then i noticed that eibach was written upside down on the springs in the back, what effect would this have on the car? I have noticed that the back seems to be higher than even the stock height but other than that im not sure how it would effect the car..advice is very welcome. thks

Hmm, don't think it would make a difference...I have the same Eibach Spring kit on my car, and I do notice the back does seem to be higher than normal.
Maybe its the shocks your running. What kind do you have right now?

It sort of makes a difference, but not too much. The closer together coils should be at the top. This is suppost to help with un-sprung weight. At least this is what I've been told.

I wouldnt think it would matter, since the pressure from the car should be distributed equally across the spring. It dont think it would effect the unsprung weight since all of the spring itself is part of the unsprug weight. If you are looking at differences that small, then why not consider the balance of the weight top to bottom, wich could effect the cg.
