Springs!

alrite, im always hearing from these companies about their stupid 'best ride comfort for the spring rate and lowering rate'. but you know..i really DONT CARE. what do you all say are the stiffest freakin springs i can get regardless of ride quality. i want a freakin back massage going down the street cuz the ride quality is so shitty. I got KYB AGX's in my garage now, ($440 shipped) and i think they're gettin cold and sad cuz they're not being used. Im looking at HKS sport springs ($250 shipped) but i dont wanna spend another 250 bux if im gettin the wrong deal. i want to NEVER have to replace the springs and my shocks till (if i do) get coilovers. I want at least 1" lowering too..come on now...so what u all say?

the ST springs will be the stiffest replacement spring, but still not back breaking. I'd go with a GC coilover kit, there is a big thread on this right now. it's $400 and you pick your stiffness rate. and you can raise and lower the car. I'll be picking some up in march.

I agree with Scott (so he won't be mad ) No really, the ST springs are great. Everyone has liked them that I have heard from. Be prepared though. The springs all say they drop the car, but your stock suspension is so old that it is already lowered conpared to stock, so you won't really notice alot of drop. On my 86 I noticed a 1/8" LIFT with the Eibachs over stock old springs.
