Arrow spring rate

what are the spring rates of a stock 88 GXL?

and does anybody know what the spring rates are for the RSR race springs?

stock should be around 95lb front 90lb rear
and RS-R Race is 335lb front 224lb rear

Beware that the RSR Race springs are very low, so you'll need to buy some camber adjusting products to allow you to adjust out the negative camber they create, or you'll kill tires very quickly. They're also not going to like being put on old stock shocks, or any non-adjustable replacement, they're too stiff for those shocks, you'll need something like the KYB AGXs, the Tociko Illuminas or the Koni Yellows.

If you want stiff and low, then ground controls are good, adjustable height and you can choose spring rates for just over $400.
