Spotted 3rd TII with my own eyes

Hey guys, well the first TII I ever saw is the one I hopefully will be buying. The second was from a distance at the races saturday night. The third was today on the way to school. It was an 88 AE and had the N1 exhaust at least. Was pretty clean and I was staring hard. Hope I get my TII real soon here.

Up to like $4000 or so, but not paying that much unless it is in perfect condition with a rebuilt engine or a good condition 89+ maybe. Right now the one I am looking at is an 87 silver one that had the engine rebuilt in dec. and the guy wants $2000.

Well I got some extra money and my NA is currently not running but my friend wants to buy it. I was going to have to turn to NOS to get where I wanted with my NA but now I won't have to

The TII does make a better platform if you WANT massive HP. The beefy drivetrain can handle ALLOT of HP & torque.

If you just want a fast car to play with - GO NA

Another option is the GTU-S. Because it's a high compression engine (ie low end torque) & better gearing - it makes the perfect track car for curvy low speed tracks.

The TII has a low compression engine (which is force fead by the turbo) - so you have to work harder on curvy load speed tracks where you can't keep the turbo spooled up.

Hope that helps
