Spinning Through The Gears?????
When it's raining and i'm driving my '90 GTU I like to spin the wheels when leaving from a light. I drive normally in first up to about 5k or so, then floor it, shift to 2nd, redline, then go to 3rd still spinning. I just think this is really fun to do. Could this pose any potential problems later on? Is this bad for the car? To stop the spinning I usually just hold the clutch in.
