Question Spedo signal wire??? where is it

was wireing a turbo timer in and it has a spedo signal safty switch (kills car when it starts moving) this also alows the timer to list your speed digitaly. I dident think that the S4 cars hat this because it's a cable driver spedo, but then the cruise conrtol would not work... so my question is, what wire and where do I get the speedo signal from????

It is Green/Red coming off the gauge cluster and going to the power steering computer and cruise control.

It's in the cruise control unit: the green wire with the brown stripe and silver rings. This has been covered before I think.
