spark wire setup

which wires plug where? i belive its wired right but my car wont turn over.

if the car wont turn over, its something to do with the starter, or maybe you need a battery charge.

Check your coils. Each pair has one coil marked with a white dot. The white dot means it goes on rotor #1 (closest to the radiator) and the one with no dot is rotor #2 (closest to the firewall). Trailing plugs are on top and leading plugs are on the bottom. Just think of the "L" in Leading as LOWER and the "T" in Trailing as TOP.

If the engine wont crank at all, you have a different problem like RexRyder said.
