spark problem, coil not working and getting flooding

ok this car(turbo II) been sitting for a year since the turbo seals blowup.
i replace the turbo, the car sounded like it wanted to start notice the fuel pump wasnt turning on so i ran a cable to the battery to make sure it was working and it does. now the fuel pump is working, the car turned the first time fine but then i revved a lil and the car got overflooded, i checked the spark plugs and were wet. deflooded and tried again, so then i checked the coils. we notice the L coil isnt working so went to junk yard to grab another one and replace it, but still no spark and car keeps getting over flooded. when we check for spark on the all coils the T coil does gives spark on both wires but not the L coil. can someone help me out >< does the L spark comes in timing or all four give spark at the same time? maybe my injectors are stuck too?>

is your crank angle sensor ok and your timing set properly? and why are you wiring the fuel pump up directly instead of troubleshooting the real problem?

pretty much all harness is burn i figure it out but i wanted some advice , i need to replace the harness now b4 doing anything since the coil is working but not getting enough power to spark, i will be running a kill switch for the pump also better when the car gets flooded thats atm i have it directly just to get the car running
