Question spark plug wire question

what would everyone recomend for performance spark plug wires...what do you all have on your cars?

Unless you're making big ponies the NGK OEM replacements would be my suggestion. I've got accel wires and I don't like the way the boots fit.

what about for maximum hp gain...what would be my best bet?

OEM. IMO You're not going to notice anything unless you've got lots of boost or revs. The spark demands just aren't that great with lower boost levels. Putting $60 Magnacors on a stock or even mildly modded TII would be a waste of money. Again all my own opinion. If you've got the dough, go for it, they're probably close to the best, but it's overkill in my book.

There are only so many electrons. Imagine cars on a freeway. If there are four cars and four lanes, there's no problems. Ten cars and four lanes and you could get a back-up except they are all travelling the same speed so...still not really a problem.
The factory wires DO wear out but they're more than sufficent for anything that's comming out of the stock coilpacks.
Horsepower gain comes from replacing wires that no longer transmit the current. There's a spec for the wires in the FSM.
And the factory ones are a nice pleasing blue color
