spark plug question

i noticed that there is a trailing and a leading...now i want to change all of my spark plugs on my 86 gxl, which should i buy and how many?

2 trailing and 2 leading. Go to Autozone and tell them you need sparkplugs for a 1986 Mazda RX7.

The NGK plugs are marked with a T or an L at the base of the ceramic just so you don't get mixed up

Last I checked Auto zone didn't carry NGK for our cars. I'm thinking they don't carry them at all. Only ones they have for our cars is Auto Lite. I think Advance has them. At least they used too. I know O'rielly's does.

O'reilly's and advance carry them in stock, but have to order the plats. I don't see why autozone wouldn't carry them, but I wouldn't know becuase I don't shop there since they are PITA to get to in Killeen.

I always get mine from NAPA or O'Reilly's.

btw, Trailing-Top, Leading-Lower...that's how i always remember them.

NEVER use anything outside of the NGKs if you don't have to. It'll run poo-poo.
