Is the leading plug go on the top or is it the other way when you looking down from the driver's side?

Leading = Lower, Trailing = Top. For sotkc plugs, you'll have the 7's for leading and 9's for trailing.

Its stamped on the rotor housing near each plug hole.

The coils are also marked "L1,2" and "T1,2".

1=Front
2=Rear.

Get at least a Haynes manual before you do another thing.
