Spark Plug + Battery Question *Pictures Inside*

I was just wondering what you guys could tell me about my engine with these spark plug pictures:

Are they looking alright after 146,500 miles? -90 GXL

Also, My battery keeps getting this black oil residue on the battery posts:

Also: The left pair of spark plugs is the rear rotor and the right pair of spark plugs is the front rotor

I would say they look about average for plugs that have been in an FC for a while..

does the car have powersteering? the oil residue is either from the p/s pump or from the oil metering pump. those spark plugs look like the car is running a little lean from the whitish/tan/brownish color... i would change them.

looks like standard carbon buildup for 15K miles, get yourself a sparkplug cleaner. Rebuilt & blueprinted injectors will help a bit with the carbon buildup.
