sparatic and ruff running idle

I have mostly newly replaced vacume hoses. And I checked for leaks. I could not find any. Im getting spark. No smoke out the tailpipes or power loss so I ruled out bad compression. When I turn on the a/c my car wants to die. The idle bounces from like 500-850 rpms back and forth. Dose anyone have any ideas? I have a few but i wana get some feedback b4 i throw parts at it.
